FORMAT

All submissions for HITE 2025 should confirm to the IEEE conference proceeding format, unless otherwise specified in the call for papers.

Double-blind Review

For the HITE Conference, we employ a double-blind review process, ensuring anonymity for both authors and reviewers. Authors must adhere to these guidelines:

• Remove all identifying information from the manuscript, including names, affiliations, and contact details. Modify the title if necessary to conceal authorship.
• Cite relevant prior work in the third person and anonymize any related unpublished submissions as supplementary material. Avoid citing patents.
• Omit acknowledgments and funding sources, which can be added post-acceptance.
• Refrain from contacting program committee members outside of your organization.

Only the program chair/vice-chair and subcommittee chairs have access to authors' identities.
